Site Inspection:

Startz Insurance Salvage arrived on-site January 2, 2010 and found the business affected was a manufacturing facility that produced various heat and air units and their components. This business operated out of a 40’x80’x12’ concrete block building, which had sustained heavy smoke and water damage.

Inventory:

A joint physical inventory was taken between Startz Insurance Salvage and the insured beginning on January 2, 2010. This inventory was completed on January 5. See attached overview, spreadsheet and photos.

Salvage Disposition:

The contents in the building sustained heavy damage and will be offered as one lot. We are currently taking bids from buyers and the items will be sold to high bidder on Feb 1, 2010 at 3:00 PM Central Standard Time.
